  • Elaborated with tempranillo grapes (also known as cencibel) and cabernet sauvignon grapes. Tempranillo grapes come from a 17 years old vineyard, what provides very round and personal nuances.
  • The grape harvest takes place at the precise moment. It is made by hand, without using any harvester machine.
  • It has 7 months of maturation in American and French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
  • Every year are produced about 7000 bottles, depending on the harvest.
Format: Black bottles containing ¾ liter in boxes of 6 units each.

  • Colour: aging and youth tones in perfect coexistence. Ripe cherries colour, with toasted trims which reflect the time passed in oak barrel.
  • Nose: balance between fruit and wood, with notes of eucalyptus and liquorice, with a spicy toasted and vanilla background.
  • Taste: varietal complexity and slight candied and milk tastes establish a complex structure that, together with the tannins, leaves us a tasty mouth-filling.
